The 123Lexikon, which you see here, has the ambitious objective to explain in plain language the often complicated concepts and the contextual background regarding the financial world. The 123Lexikon is limited to a
selection of important and frequently used terminology, which is constantly expanded and updated. With the continuous progress of this lexicon, a reference work evolves, which can be used to look up and double check the appropriate knowledge of relevant financial concepts and which, in its conception as lexicon, serves mainly as factual support.
Many everyday used terms like rent or credit may be familiar in their basic meaning, but the 123Lexikon strives to provide a brief and concise definition with an ensuing extensive explanation of the use of the term in context. In addition, links to each term are available on the right hand side of the screen. They provide further information, as well as services offered that are associated with the term. The idea of a network lexicon has in this way become a reality – and allows the user to choose the relevant information that he/she needs.
